Deep purple colored, plenty of dark and red berried fruit, medium acidity and surprisingly mouth filling tannins. Seems higher alcohol than stated 13%.

Production notes: fermentation in stainless, temperature controlled 25C for 8-10 days, mlf in concrete tanks.
