“It’s actually pretty good” was I think the descriptor in the menu and it was spot on. None of the usual boring prosecco flavours. It was the most dry prosecco I’ve had with chalky minerality, some apples and excellent finish. Slightly cloudy. Brilliant stuff at brilliant corners.
