Pop and pour. A bit under a year since my last btl. This is stunning. Coiled density, suave personality, loads of dense lemon oil and peach. Fantastic acidity and mineral depth, together with a very long finish. Voluptuous, generous and elegant.

Jun 10th, 2022Pop and pour. Notes from 3ish hours open. On the nose: ripe peach, soft saffron, meyer lemon, a hint of honey, tarragon...fantastically intense. On the palate: amazing acidity, and balanced density; lime, soft peach, nettle..excellent complexity. Mouth-filling and excellent length. Still very young, but with the balance and intensity, this shows so much promise whilst being very enjoyable already!
