Balanced & dare I say smooth! Not many occasions would I believe SavBlanc to be “smooth” usually I find them grassy, acidic but doing their cleansing thing. This was very enjoyable & exactly as described: Lemon, pear, mild asparagus green with subtle cleanse of flint & oak. We had no Chardonnay in house tonight so this became a hesitant but marvellous choice with pan seared salmon, grilled red pepper & fresh corn on the cob. Cheers🙌🏼 @delectable
