Very good commercial wine, excellent quality grape, not authentic and alive with magic but solid, stable and not over-processed. The fruit has density and dimension, just no real backbone and foundation.

Night 3. This bottle kept really well. Enjoying more with every sip. Some day I'll learn to say wine lover stuff like "melted berries with a hint of ginger."

Nice violet notes and a lot of bright full fruit for a med body wine. Still a bit disjointed.

Crimson in color with aromas of red currant, sweet tobacco, black olive, fine black table pepper and brushfire. It's spicy in the mouth, medium bodied with medium tannin and balanced acidity. There's flavors of red currant, plum, black olive, black pepper and tar. It finishes with plum, tar, and my favorite characteristic of Aglianico: blood iron.

Not my favorite but ok. Spicy and big, a little hot and harsh. Would be good with the right food.
