Wow. Has been cellared at 55° and is absolutely yummy! Blackberry fruit, lush, smooth and very feminine with a hint of dust on the finish which lingers for awhile. Think it is our last bottle though 😟

Fading brick, amber rim. Still in great conditions. Strawberry/raspberry profile still there with a thick layer of dust but still some surprising freshness. On the palate it’s mushrooms, turned earth, bramble (stems?), some graphite / pencil shavings. Persistence on the palate is driven by a tingling minerality. Excellent showing, I hope Coravin doesn’t fail and the next few glasses taste just as good.
