Definitely tastes like a Brett/sour beer. I found it to be a bit one-note in that regard. It had slight grapefruity/sour citrus notes, and smelled like orange blossom water. Very interesting to try!

Very layered wine. Opaque and peach in color. Smells like apples with a hint of tamarind. Tastes like rose water. Slightly sour and very funky. Has the depth of a cocktail.
