60% Semillon, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Muscadelle. Yellow in color. Floral and grass notes in nose. Rich, grass and lemon notes in mouth, lactic and citric finish, with some apricot, lemon, minerality and skin astringency in aftertaste. Stays crisp, not at all flabby, rounded mouthfeel but seems less alcoholic than percentage listed. Somewhat more complex and fruity than most WA state Semillons and Sauvignon blancs I've tasted. Worthy pour.

Notes of lychee, pineapple, golden apples, with hints of linseed oil and soy sauce on the nose and the palate. Pretty interesting, a good food wine that should go well with rich and spicy dishes. Not as much fun without food though
