Made with brettanomyces isolated from the lees of Pearl Morrisette's 2014 cuvée blu. Crazy how much that seems to have influenced this beers aromas and final flavour. Orange wine beer. Delicious and with a fantastic nose. Really does smell more like wine. Palette is so well balanced. Great stuff.
