Gold color, intense mineral note on the nose, sea spray, rubber band, tart yellow apple and apricot, winter honey. Bone dry, slightly tannic, green apple skin with salinity. Med plus acidity, med body. An interesting skin contact wine with lots of characters.
Visit on second day, beautiful yellow floral shows up, even a bit soapy! Savory note in the back, tart start fruit.
