Baseline wine and spirits wine tasting. Buoncristani. ?4-5 days on skin? Possibly half shiraz half Malbec. Raspberry and Saskatoon berry jam on the nose. Thick and beefy on the palate. All of the above jam flavour and vin ills shows up to the party.
