Bright salmon pink. Inviting nose and light-bodied palate of cantaloupe, Royal Anne cherry, and a hint of white pepper on the finish. Medium acidity. Moderate finish. Simple, inexpensive rosé 100% from Bulgaria's principle native variety, Gamza. A refreshing drink on its own, but also a nice accompaniment to cheeses, charcuterie, and light warm weather fare. Drink now.

The wine is pretty good. Very potent aromatically. Lots of bold herbs and floral notes with a pretty strong diesel/rubber finish but that evokes notes of wild yeast? Its weird but actually blends in with the Bulgarian sandwich (prinzesi) nicely. Drinks cleanly though with well balanced acidity and flavor notes of lemon, herbs and that kiss of diesel/ rubber
