(Night 2 notes). Gorgeous nose of fresh-squeezed limes and lemons over crisp granny smith apple. Clean limestoney minerality (although I have no idea what the soil is like there). So mouthwatering and pure.

Jun 20th, 2017Fresh, dry, and minerally. Brisk lemon-lime bursts in the nose. Faint streak of apple skin. Fleshy feel but very light and crisp. Green apple and loads of rock dust.

Sep 2nd, 2016Light white straw with medium- viscosity, some solids at bottom of bottle. Nose sees lemon rind, lime. Palette sees white peaches, over ripe yellow apples, lots of lemon, lime, limestone minerality. Medium++ acid. Solid wine and great value for $19, but I prefer the cheaper non-reserve offering. Wished the aftertaste was cleaner and crisper on this.

Mar 22nd, 2018Very clear straw color, medium viscosity. Delightful nose with toasted honey, white stone fruits, lemon, white flowers. Palette sees citrus, oak, medium acid, feeling of little bubbles on the tongue, long, tart finish.
