2008 is just a great vintage for everything Champagne! Both rich and elegant, amazing texture and layers of stone fruit, brioche, honey and lightly toasted nuts.

Molta acidità ancora. Citrico. Bolla finissima e pungente. Esplosivo. Da evolversi ancora
10 cru della Marne, vinificato per il 20% in barrique prima del tiraggio. Bang Hai Ja di rappresentare il tema de… ‘l’energia’, vera identità caratteristica di questa grandissima annata.
