Palate is immensely dry, dropping all honeyed elements and replacing it with tart green apple and fresh squeezed lemon. Major pucker! The bone dry finish & M++ acid might not be for everyone but wooo I like the zip.

Wow this is dry! Nose is in your face and serious. Petrol, sour lemon, bruised stone fruits. Palate is sour lemons, sour apple candy, green apple skin, almonds, macadamias, and bruised tangerine. Give it a chance to open, my bottle needed some time to stretch its legs.
