Pretty effin natty. No fruit left. Idk if I believe the 10.5%; it‘s got some heat. Heavy VA carrot juice, astringent tannin, dirty wild ferment cider. I fully support the raw wine agenda, but a bottle like this is a turn-off for me. 5 weeks maceration packs a wallop, in this case. Not my thing.
