I haven't tasted this for 10 years when I used to sell it. It's pleasant quaffer of honeydew melon, lemon zest, white flowers. Simple and fresh. Great with Lebanese cuisine.

Extremely light and floral. Nice summer aperitif - too light for most food.

Aromas of pear and saltiness, with a touch of honey; low acidity; very smooth
