A solid pairing tonight with Taiwanese Five-Spice Pork; soy sauce, ground pork (Highland Farm, Old Chatham, NY), shallots, garlic, sherry, brown sugar, five-spice powder, rice vinegar over steamed (jasmin) rice.
24 Hour Update: Nose is wickedly floral, palate is the metaphorical expression of eating a Gardenia, wonderful. Score bump 9.0>9.1.

Very smooth, nice fruit, but a bit too sweet for me. Not crisp enough on the finish.
