Wow. First 20 minutes this was closed, tannic, a bit alcohol heavy. Now it's one hour plus later and it's gorgeous.
Hay, strawberry, so lithe and pretty in the mouthful, long finish that belies the light color, some slight Asian spices and pepper on the finish. This is terrific.
