Decent. Midweight. A bit of cherry cough drop, menthol, and tobacco. Fine tannins, yet a bit grippy and drying. Improved with air.

Lighter style but true to the character of Barolo. Beautiful dark fruit flavors with floral, earth and tar. Tannic, but great with the food at Scopa.
