Jan 2nd, 2016Wow, nose and palate are epic! Black and blue fruits abound. Small notes of smoky bacon, tart plum skins and the like play beautifully here. Complex as it areates. Yummy

Dark ruby color. Concentrated dark fruit & vanilla on the nose. Super smooth on the palate with dark cherry notes ... almost no tannin or acid. I like it, but I think I need a little more structure.

Dark berry, mocha, charred meat, and good acidity for a Paso Syrah. One of the best Syrah in Westside Paso Robles.
