Wow, rose petal, raspberry, and intense sweet baking spice on the nose. Medium body and bright-but-balanced acidity provide a nice backdrop to the mocha and Spanish morcilla. Noticeable tannins. A really nice wine.

Bright cherry over nice earthiness. This new world Nebbiolo has plenty of fruit and a nice soft finish while still keeping its pleasant edge.
