Lovely mature bubbly to celebrate the ending of a great year and the beigning of a new year. A nice blend of 63% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay, degorge in Jun 2005, at 21 years old this champagne is perfect with notes of green apple, apricot and yeast, deep gold color, lively bubbles, great acidity , depth and elegance. Long finish. My score 93, drink to 2023 perhaps longer
