Plush with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Finishes with some spice and oak but smothers with strawberry jam. Really lost its identity this vintage; regretting I didn't purchase a case of the 09 when I had the chance.

Having it tonight; smoky, chocolate, jammy, deep perfume, deep red color, decent legs; acidic, light bodied to start. Too light to stand alone; like it with a nice sharp cheese; Tanzer gave it 90 pts; I may Hv opened a little too late.
