This wine from the Canary Islands is bright asks fresh with crisp acidity and plenty of green apple, lemon, wet stone and flint. It also has a rich undercurrent of yellow plum, white peach and fennel and a bit of salinity on the finish. Made for seafood, and Very nice with a pesto and goat cheese pizza
