En vista de aprecia la madera, ligeramente s naranja reducida, matices amarillos oscuros, en nariz con notas muy alcohólicas, con notas de panela, aparentemente muy receloso, en boca una nota ligeramente a arroz, con una acidez superior en boca, un poco agresivo por sus notas alcohólicas, una reducción de salsa de soja
