Good dark fruits built around blackberry and boysenberry. Unmistakable dark chocolate joins in with a subtle flavor at the back which I cannot put my finger on. A little short on the finish but a great bargain at the price point.

Blackberry, dark chocolate and gamey meat on the nose. Dark chocolate, dark fruit and a hint of vanilla on the palate. The alcohol is well managed. Mouth feel improves as the wine opens up. Short on the finish. The acidity would cut though and pair well with BBQ'd ribs or brisket.
