Wow, phenomenal restaurant and beautiful wine! This Rioja was inexpensive, but beautiful. Soft, fruit forward and beautiful finish.

Very nice bold flavor. Oaky with your typical fruity notes of a rioja. Hints of black pepper. Good flavor, nice on the pallet.

I had had this before while admittedly not sober. Then it seemed a little more bold and candied cherry with oak, a fine wine especially with meat. This time I admittedly had some curry before hand and a large Napa cab. I felt that it had more green pepper slightly and a little acidity along with oak and fruit still red fruits. but not as powerful as I remembered last. Still enjoyable especially for the price but I am always on the lookout for affordable Rioja. Would recommend as a fun wine. Folks liked it
