Spicy, herbaceous, saline. Definitely needed some time to open up but once it did, revealed nice complexity. Nose of red jalapeño!

Cold dark coals, unlit, ashen stove pipe nose. Metals & tectonic cherries, shifting middle to back. Then a nectarine stone cabinet door. Grandma's musty Hepplewhite with stacks of sweet, moldy tablecloths inside.
