Plum, fig, licorice, red cherry framed by a smoky and medicinal note. Lean on the palate with high acidity and some heat. Gripping tannins. Not well balanced. Slightly disappointed.

Rated better than others have thusfar. Well balanced and fruit over tannin. 2013 vintage.
