Bay leaf, black pepper, depth, red rotten berries, humus. Rounded tannins, medium acidity, average balance. Better then previous vintage.

Oct 24th, 2017Our final french wine, bought at the liquor store in Quebec City in st Joseph village. Just like a liquor store here , we ventured inside and found this wine. The label is both in french first followed by English. Dark plum colored wine, that has a smooth plum and mulberry aroma with flavors of dark cassis, black plum and a slight touch of blackberry. Very smooth and well rounded. A must try for a monastery grape lover! Bòn Apetite!
