Tilenus Mencia '10 Earthy purple haze & dark oak toast aromas. Acidity, edge of bracing. Lots of skin & seed bitters build backbone through 14.5% ABV body. Big, slightly teetering.

A 2010, 100% mencia in a bigger, bolder style than the standard Bierzo mencias. bit rough around the edges on the finish, but tannins should soften with time. Decanting for a couple of hours would help.
