Absolutely amazing. Immediately when you take a sip, you are transported to a hearty Christmas dinner. Tannins of sugar, vanilla, cream, strawberries. Not overly sweet, but the sweetness definitely took precedence. Paired lovely with a pomegranate lamb shank.
