Ruby red to deep purple color. Dark Berry and red fruit on the nose. It is bright and intense. This wine is well OAKED with big tannins and a minerally finish. This wine drinks similar to California. Bordeaux style wine rather than a typical Rioja. One of the best Rioja's to date 7-20-15
