Really quite nice. On the very restrained end of the spectrum. 12.5%, quite herby and minerally vs fruity. Hadn’t had Chacra before and so made it part of my “branch out” case with wines from outside of France, Italy, and Germany. Nice pairing with mustard and tarragon chicken thighs. Great delicacy to the mouthfeel. Finish a bit lacking keeping this from being higher.
