Aug 23rd, 2020Delectable this is the new Blu Secco not the sparkling riesling. Notes similar to previous but I enjoyed it much more this time. This bottle seemed much more unified and amalgamated than the first one. Enjoyed it even more.

Jul 30th, 2020Delectable this is the blu secco sparkling not the sparkling Riesling. this one is dry and crisp. Mousse has the Prosecco style funk to it. Pears w a touch of yellow grapefruit. Bubbles are medium lovely but a bit round and too big. Tinier note subtle bubbles would make this a killer.

Jul 11th, 2020Crisp with round green apple flavors. Small bubbles that are quite active. This will be great when (if?) it ever warms up here in MI.

Apr 25th, 2020Crisp and zippy. Green apples, honeydew melon, and some lime. Great stuff from northern Michigan wine country! My first foray into Blustone Vineyards bodes well for the rest of what they have to offer!
