Intense, concentrated colour, showing bricking on the edges. Nose of rising cake, and caramel, with cherries and violets - crème brûlée, with herbs. Beautifully elegant on the palate, balanced with acidity, tannic structure and fruit. Menthol up front, opens into tannins, and ripe red fruits to finish up with stones and herbs on the palate.
