Inky purple with viscous legs. Medium plus intense aromas of blueberry jam, lavender, sage, leather, and vanilla. Chewy tannins, full bodied. Medium + intense flavors of black currant, fresh preserves, and hints of fennel. A medium + finish. Can drink now, but could improve with age. A nice, complex Syrah!
