Well balanced Cab from Oak Knoll in Napa. Very drinkable and just enough complexity to keep it interesting. This 2015 is just starting to show and would benefit from another year or two in the bottle. Big, bold, and balanced. Would be interested in trying other “reserve” wines from Black Stallion. Good value for this price point. ($25)

A lovely cab and one we enjoyed. Plum, blackberry, and vanilla are our tasting notes. Deep red color and paired well with roast beef. We’ll buy again.
