Une valeur sûre dans les vins rouges sud africains. Une très bonne structure, rond en bouche, doux et assez fruité. Pour ma part j'ai pu l'apprécier avec un pavé de boeuf et au fromage avec une tomme de Savoie. Un régal pour un très bon millésime
