Whooo. Touch of el Porto in the nose and at the back of the tongue. Described as unctuous, and that adds to the luxury. Bold & minerally. Going to risk pairing this w/ pork belly& asparagus.

I had the 2005 vintage which was incredible. Beautiful straw gold color. Dry and perfect with fresh caught fish dinner. I'd buy a case easily if I can find it!
