A group of guys decided to meet up at our Wine Storage facility and bust out some unique bottles! Scores and notes to follow!

My favorite '87 I've had to date. This took an hour to come alive but it blew away the Mondavi Reserve from the same year. Lots of red fruit, herbal and spice Notes even at 30yrs old. Nice @Mark Flesher !

Rose water and spice on the nose. Bright acidity, deep red fruit, tobacco, chocolate. Balanced. Delicious.

On its last legs but cool to see the old champ go one last round...

Opened two bottles for my daughter's 30th birthday. Both were in wonderful shape although one had red fruits and the other darker fruits. Both had lively acidity and fully integrated tannins. Loved them.

1987 vintage opened Nov 2016 - beautiful wine drinking perfectly.

Perfect time to open...nicely tempered oak but still showing lush, deep fruit

Fruit still in tact, color still ruby red with light rim variation. Great time to open, really enjoyable!
