Tasted on the historic tour and then had a glass out in the garden while listening to live music. Very good Cabernet- would age well.

Opened after 5 years of aging. Surprisingly smooth and less bold than expected. Dried blackberry and plum gave way to a minerally finish. Curious if waited a couple of years would have noticed more complex flavors or was it in its prime now.

This is ok, probably not quite ready to drink, will probably improve noticeably. Quite dry, heavy tannins with nothing to counterbalance.
