A light and dry rose, this wine has balanced acidity and tastes of strawberries and peaches. It went wonderfully with Turkish-spiced salmon, citrus salad, and couscous.

Balanced melon and strawberry fall to a prominent mineratlity. Acidity runs alongside notes of pink peppercorn. Not abrasive and doesn’t offend anyone.
