Isn’t it fascinating how some wines don’t seem to oxidize much after opening even after several days? This is one of those but it does mean you should decant for at least an hour, as it says on the label. Fruit-forward almost California style #cabernetsauvignon IGP with subtle spicy character, chocolate notes offset by acidity and soft, nicely integrated tannins. One of my everyday wine favorites from France.
