Interesting as it opened. Initially the acid and perhaps the new oak were up front. As it opened, the oak seemed to recede, the wine rounded, and tropical fruit filled the flavor profile.

Its a clean wine, but more traditional SB compared to what I’ve been opening lately, so that nose of cat urine exuberantly stands out.😼
