Very lovely. Time to drink but still some acid left to go with the delicate fruit. Makes me want to try the GDL PR soon.

This is good, but the price? I don't have a lot of experience so perhaps it's the vintage, but it's a bit thin. Tangy tannin, dried, dusty fruit, cooling minty vanilla, burnt rubber, faintest hint of cinnamon and baking spices, sweet fruit for a moment in the finish. It's fine but lacking. Simply standard, especially for the price of Groth and Beringer Knights Valley Reserve.

Sweet, pleasant aroma of flowers, berries, and cherry. Very bright but rich red color. Light body, high acid, sour finish, earthy tones as well not unlike whiskey.

Well past its prime but shows what it must have been like back in the day.

Rutherford is probably my favorite appellation in Napa. Fruity and oaky on the nose. Ripe cherries on the palate. Excellent now but could use a few years of cellaring to balance out. Probably my favorite go to wine and at under $30 where I found it quite the bargain.

Still great after all these years. Reminds you what classy CA cab tastes like. Balance and structure. Near perfect with a burgundy beef stew.
