Has a vegetal note that just isn't quite right.

Wait a few more years on these. Plenty of acid plenty of tannin.

Mature luxurious Napa Cabernet. Cherry, leather , tobacco notes. Needs some time to open up.

A bit over the hill. Faded fruit. A bit pruney. Enjoyable, but likely better 12 months ago.

Over the top 6L for my surprise birthday party. So alive with flint , tobacco and perfect tannins. Will stay at this peak for several more years. Great mouth feel and color.

Fantastic wine from 6 LTR bottle. Happy birthday skip! The big 70.

Cassis and currant. No tannins left but nice acids.

Plums, raisins, and licorice on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Definitely over the hill unfortunately. I thought these wines would have aged better. Not bad, but I had high expectations.

Dry but flat. I think this wine is good to drink now ( not sure how much longer it would stay good). There is nothing that really stands out about this wine. Not very complex.
