Medium bodied, cherries, chocolate, coffee beans. Quite sweet but nicely balanced by soft hints of tannins and spice. Like eating a black forest gateau straight after a tiramisu .....
We drank it on its own and it was delicious.... didn’t need warming or loads of breathing time. Open it and enjoy it!!

Forget the coffee go directly to the wine! Drinkable at anytime of the day!

Wish I could like pinotage, but just cannot get past that finish.

This definitely lives up to the name. Coffee all over this one. This Pinotage is smoky and fruit forward, which apparently is a combination that works. Cherries, with raspberries and vanilla are on the palate. I'm really liking the acidity and the overall juiciness of the wine. Perfect with grilled beef.
