Pian di Stio Paestum Fiano

Quite delicious and refreshing, clean fruit and medium acidity. Lovely with soft cheese and good friends.

Delicious with Salami sandwich from Salumeria. Last day in our house before moving to Brooklyn.

Very reserved for a Fiano. Love to think the water buffalo herd on the property contributes to the terroir, it definitely does on their Falanghina.

Dry and subtle but very pleasant
